The hotel belongs to the Ensana group (formerly Danubius), which also runs the Brădet and Ursina hotels in Sovata. The spa and treatment centre covers 2,800 m² on two floors: a swimming pool, a relaxation pool, a hydromassage pool, a children's pool, Kneipp pools and two therapy pools filled with Lake Ursu water at 32–36 °C. There are more than 40 treatment rooms, including 11 cabins for mud wraps, plus saunas and a gym.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the Perla restaurant, lunch in the Magnolia restaurant of the neighbouring Brădet hotel.
