The guesthouse is on Vulturului Street in Sovata-Băi, about ten minutes' walk from Lake Ursu. The family that runs it started out in woodworking and built the house from scratch. It has 19 rooms and apartments, many with a balcony, a restaurant, terraces and a meeting room for about 30 people.
